DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Dallas County Health and Human Services confirmed the county’s seventh West Nile virus-related death Monday.
The patient lived in the Seagoville 75159 zip code area. DCHHS says the patient was diagnosed with West Nile Neuroinvasive Disease.
Ellis County health officials also reported a West Nile related death today.
To date, nine people from across North Texas have died due to West Nile virus infection.
